BREACH is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a pre-order, or a binding commitment of any kind. No payment is collected at signup.
Pricing
The indicated price of €449 is an estimated launch price and is subject to change before the product becomes available. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
No warranty on delivery date
We do not guarantee a specific ship date or delivery timeline. Product development timelines are estimates and may change based on engineering, manufacturing, or regulatory requirements.
Waitlist
The waitlist is free to join and free to leave at any time. To request removal from the waitlist and deletion of your data, email contact@breachlimits.com.
Intellectual property
The BREACH name, logo, product designs, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of BREACH SAS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BREACH SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, participation in the waitlist, or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
