• To manage the BREACH waitlist and your position in it
• To send product updates and launch notifications
• To improve the website experience through anonymous analytics

Third parties

We use the following services to operate:

• Supabase — Database hosting (EU region)
• Vercel — Website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Only a Supabase authentication token may be stored if applicable. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — Correct any inaccurate data
• Deletion (Article 17) — Request deletion of your personal data

Data retention

Waitlist data is kept until product launch plus 6 months. After that period, your data will be deleted unless you have made a purchase or explicitly opted in to continued communications.
